Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods. Adores is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at selinyashar286@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Adores is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
