Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Adores. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at selinyashar286@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or are missing parts
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at selinyashar286@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
